April Showers bring.....

May flowers!  We sure hope so!  It has rained and rained and rained in Little Rock all throughout April.  We have been outside every chance possible!  Here is what we did in April.

Dylan had his Gymnastics program at school!  He was a "Ninja Gymnast!"
The cooler days do set up perfect nights outside!  We love grilling out and playing outside.  We really love s'mores!
This sweet boy is growing up all too quickly.  He looks and acts like an "almost" 6 year old.  He asked to sleep in his underwear only like Daddy and this night we said it was OK.  I had to sneak back in and get a picture!
The boys helped me plant some flowers to add color in one of our flower beds.  They love doing this and getting soil EVERYWHERE!
Dylan is still going to karate and just got his black uniform for the competition.
I took the boys down the street to the Old Mill.  They love to explore and we enjoyed it a lot!
They are always thinking of their Mama!
Dylan painted his rocks that he collected at the Old Mill and they are now on display in our front flower bed!
Dylan competed in form, sparring, and weapons at the Karate tournament.  He also performed with Mr. Floyd and the Tiny Tigers on the demo team.  He was proud of his medals!
We really enjoyed getting all dressed up and going to the JDRF Gala.
We hosted a going away party for the Johnstons.  They are some of our dearest friends.  Steve is heading up Arnold and Blevins Northwest, so they just relocated to Bentonville.  We are all excited about this new venture, but also sad to see them go.  God works in great ways and we know that He has great plans for this family!
